Challenges

Creating a trusted network of home service professionals across multiple categories (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) required comprehensive vetting systems. Managing real-time technician availability and quick deployment while ensuring service quality posed operational challenges. Building a scalable platform that can expand to new service categories without architectural limitations required careful system design.

Solutions

We implemented a multi-tiered professional verification system with background checks, skill assessments, and customer rating integration. Built intelligent routing algorithms that match customers with nearest available technicians based on expertise and availability.
