ExpertEAZE started as a vision to democratize access to expert advice through instant chat and call sessions. Our journey began with detailed user flow mapping for consultants and clients. We prioritized clean UI/UX to ensure intuitive onboarding, scheduling, and session handling. Integrating Plivo and Supabase helped us deliver real-time experiences with scalable tech. The P2P wallet system was custom-built to ensure trust, automation, and financial accuracy. Continuous QA, edge case simulations, and user testing shaped the final MVP. Today, ExpertEAZE is a stable and scalable solution that showcases our capability in building powerful, real-time SaaS platforms from the ground up.

Challenges

Building ExpertEAZE posed several challenges. First, implementing a real-time chat and voice call system with minimal latency required robust backend architecture and scalable infrastructure. Second, designing a seamless P2P wallet system demanded precision in transaction tracking, wallet security, and handling concurrency for session payments. Ensuring smooth onboarding for consultants with varying service structures and pricing added complexity to the user flow. Additionally, maintaining accurate session timing for per-minute billing and handling edge cases like session drops or declined calls required careful logic implementation. Balancing usability with compliance and data protection was also critical for a trusted user experience.

Solutions

To overcome these challenges, we integrated Knowlarity for reliable voice calling and Supabase Realtime for chat functionalities. For P2P transactions, we built a custom wallet management system using Cashfree payment gateway, ensuring secure and instant session-based payments. We introduced precise session tracking and fallback mechanisms to handle incomplete or interrupted sessions. A dynamic onboarding flow was crafted to support varied consultant details, pricing, and availability. Robust authentication and Row-Level Security (RLS) ensured user data isolation and safety. Our modular codebase and scalable backend allowed smooth handling of real-time data, ensuring both performance and a user-friendly experience.
