Challenges

Creating a trustworthy marketplace required establishing dealer verification systems and ensuring genuine customer inquiries. Managing inventory synchronization across multiple dealers while maintaining real-time availability updates posed technical challenges. Building an efficient lead generation system that connects customers with relevant dealers without overwhelming either party required careful algorithm design.

We implemented a comprehensive dealer verification process with document validation and quality scoring systems. Built intelligent matching algorithms that connect customers with the most relevant dealers based on location, product type, and availability. Created an automated lead management system with instant notifications and detailed analytics for dealers to track their inquiry conversion rates.
